Want to see if you have any messages on your Hank account? Follow the steps below to find out how you are notified when you have a message.
In the Hank app
Open the Hank app
If you have any messages, there will be a red number in the Messages tab at the bottom of your device.
In your browser
Log into your Hank account
Once you are logged in, if you have any messages, there will be a red number above the "messages" tab at the top left.
Click on the messages tab to view your messages.
