How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription on mobile devices, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Go to the Account page by clicking on your profile image

  3. From the menu, tap on Manage subscription

  4. From the Manage Subscription page, tap on the Manage plan button

  5. From the Hank Billing page, tap on the Cancel plan button

  6. Confirm your cancellation by tapping on the purple Cancel plan button

Once you have canceled your subscription, it will not auto-renew at the next billing period. You will still have full access for the duration of your current billing period.
