To update your payment method on mobile devices, follow these steps:
Log into your account
Tap on the Menu icon in the top right of your screen
From the menu, tap on Manage subscription
From the Manage Subscription page, tap on the Manage plan button
From the Hank Billing page, tap on the Add payment method button
Add your payment method and select the Use as default payment method checkbox
To update your payment method on desktop or laptop computers, follow these steps:
Log into your account
Click on the Account button in the top right of your screen
From the menu, click on Manage subscription
From the Manage Subscription page, click on the Manage plan button
From the Hank Billing page, click on the Add payment method button
Add your payment method and select the Use as default payment method checkbox
Once you have updated your payment method, the new method will be charged when your subscription renews.
