How do I verify my profile?
To verify your profile, go to your own profile and press the "Verify me" button. You will then be asked to upload proof of identity and take selfies to show that the image in your proof of identity is, in fact, of you.
We'll then use a combination of automated and human review and within a few minutes your verification will be confirmed or denied.
And selfies that you take during the verification process will not be shown in your profile.
Why have I been asked to verify my profile?
Our ultimate goal is for Hank members to be able to trust each other. Allowing Hank members to be identity-verified helps everyone feel confident in the authenticity of the Hank community.
